    Create a unique PIN code between 3 and 8 digits for convenient access without the need for a traditional key.

    If an incorrect PIN is entered three times, the keypad locks for 20 seconds. After a further three incorrect attempts, the lockout extends to 5 minutes.

    You can access the cabinet using the emergency override keys supplied with the product and reset your PIN code.

    Yes. The cabinet is powered by four AA batteries located inside the cabinet.

  • What happens if the batteries run out?

    The cabinet includes a low battery warning and can be opened using the supplied override keys if required.

  • How do I change the batteries?

    When the batteries are low, the safe will indicate that they need replacing. To change the batteries:

    1. Open the key cabinet door.
    2. Locate the battery compartment on the inside of the door.
    3. Remove the old batteries and insert new batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-).
    4. Close the battery compartment securely.
    5. Test the keypad to confirm the batteries have been installed correctly.

    We recommend replacing all batteries at the same time and using high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance. Your PIN code will remain stored during battery replacement.

  • How secure is the cabinet?

    The cabinet features electronic PIN access, two locking bolts, automatic lockout protection, and emergency key backup.

  • What is the automatic lockout feature?

    After three incorrect PIN entries, the keypad locks for 20 seconds. After three further incorrect attempts, the lockout extends to 5 minutes.

  • Can the cabinet be wall mounted?

    Yes. The cabinet is designed for secure installation on a suitable wall surface. Wall fixings are included.
